Lemon juice (.25) 1 pre-cooked bag pre-cooked “Seeds of Change” rice ($2.29) 2 Baby Bella large mushrooms (.30) 2 c. broccoli florets ($2.00) 3 flat parsley springs, chopped (.15) 1 celery rib with green tops, chopped (.15) 1 med. onion, chopped (.40) 1 small red pepper, sliced (.50) 3 garlic cloves, chopped (.30) NOTE: Notice that I did not include salt, since the soy sauce, the rotisserie chicken and basmati rice already have a significant amount.
