Yesterday and day before you had my HACK post of prepping and divide haddock steaks to plan future meals as well as one of my haddock recipes. Today you are getting a second idea of how you can use 2 wild haddock filets in a meal. Enjoy!

Prep and Cook Time: Under 30 Minutes Approximate Cost: $10.03 or $5.01 per serving Difficulty Level: Easy Allergens, Other: Gluten Free Servings: 2 Ingredients 2 large haddock steaks seasoned with my dry seasoning or your favorite, refrigerate ($3.90) 8 to 10 cloves of garlic, peeled (depending on size) ($1.00) 4 oz. or half of an 8oz. Sun Dried Tomato jar in olive oil (@ Trader Joe’s) ($2.00) 2 c. of baby medley potatoes, rinsed and boil until tender ($1.25) 1 ½ tsp. Angie’s dry seasoning (or to-taste) (.40) 2 tbsp. Avocado oil (for the haddock marinade) (.50) 1 lemon, rinsed and sliced (.98) Salad for 2 (OPTIONAL) Directions Prep all the ingredients as I indicated under the ingredients list. Start boiling the baby potatoes is lightly salted water until tender. Then drain. Sautee the garlic briefly and then add the sun dried tomatoes. Add the potatoes, stir and season to-taste. Remove from skillet and add additional oil if needed to sear the cod fish until golden. Now you are ready to plate. Enjoy!
