Since I already gave you my Tomato Sauce recipe this week, I decided to make a dish to use it and post it for you. Therefore, welcome to my ground chicken meatballs in my tomato sauce. Simple, nutritious and delicious!

Prep and Cook Time: Under 30 Minutes Approximate Cost: $6.30 or $2.10 per serving Difficulty Level: Easy Allergens, Other: Gluten Free Servings: 3+ Ingredients ½ lb. of 99% fat free ground chicken ($2.75) 1 tbsp. Adobo (.10) 1 tsp. Angie’s dry seasoning (.10) 2 ½ tbsp. Angie’s Basting Oil (.70) 1 ½ tbsp. Panko (.15) My Tomato sauce to recipe to-taste that I posted yesterday. I used all of mine. 1 c. parboiled extra-long rice (.50) 1 ½ tsp. Angie’s Basting Oil (.40) 1 frozen cilantro disk (.25) 2 c. chicken broth or stock ($1.25) 1 tsp. Adobo (.10) Directions Season the ground chicken with 1 tbsp. Adobo, 1 tsp. of my dry seasoning, ½ tsp. basting oil 1½ tbsp. Panko and make small size balls.
