Haddock is a flaky sweet fish that I love to cook. It tastes amazing and cooks in no time on a skillet, vs. the oven. When it is sauté, the golden color is so appetizing that very few people will decline the feast, smile.
Approximate Prep and Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes
Approximate Cost: $10.84 or $5.42 per serving

1 tbsp. of Garlic and Herbs Seasoning (.30)

In a skillet over medium sauté the haddock in its olive oil marinade for few minutes until golden and flaky; however, not over cooked.
