Prep and Cook Time: 15 Minutes Approximate Cost: $5.70 OR $2.85 PER SERVING Difficulty Level: Easy Allergens, Other: Gluten Free Servings: 2 Ingredients 2 c. FAT FREE Cottage Cheese ($2.00) 3 pitted dates (.50) 3 figs (thanks to one of my neighbors) ($1.50) 6 cherries, rinsed pat dry and pitted (.90) ½ tsp. Cinnamon (.10) ½ tsp. Ginger (.10) Honey to-taste (.60) Directions Prep all the ingredients as listed under my ingredients list. Get two suitable dessert dishes, scoop 1 c. of cottage cheese on each one. Sprinkle some of the cinnamon and ginger over the cottage cheese. Garnish with the figs, dates and fresh cherries. Drizzle honey over each dessert as you like. Time to eat it!
