NATURE'S FREE THERAPY

PART 1 of 2: ADORABLE HANGING BASKETS TO BEAUTIFY OUR PORCHES!

Either way, if you purchase the beautiful summer hanging baskets or if you decide to make your own combination of flowers at home, is a win-win situation.

Well, come to think of it, already designed and full baskets at the garden center are not cheap, however, if you make them yourself you can save few dollars in the process.

For a regular hanging basket size, you only need 3 small potted plants. They will take off real fast if you use good potting soil and feed them well and water them at least every other day until they are established.

So, there you have it. I spent about $11.00 per basket this month and they are already showing off their beauty.

I tell you this, I love all these accents and they each have a meaning to the owners of these houses.

However, whoever came up with the idea of designing a pink-pig that comes up with wings to fly when there’s breeze, definitely won me over.

It is so darn cute. I personally stood in front of it for few minutes, when the wind was blowing strongly and trust me, Ms. Piggy was about to take off, smile….

CRAFTY MONDAY: MY SIMPLE HERBS ARRANGEMENT with BEAUTIFUL Stella D’oro FLOWERS!

Who said that herbs are only to be used to season food? No one, at least that is my opinion.

Since I have an abundance of herbs in my garden, I decided to combine this arrangement with:

Italian Oregano
Garden Sage, and
Cilantro in flower (can you believe that my cilantro plant full-grown was 3 feet?

Not only my kitchen smells great, but once the flowers fade away, I will change the water every other day and my green herbs may feel so comfy and start to develop roots, then will have new plants for my garden, Boom!

Seriously, you don’t need much to put together a lovely flower arrangement. Just take a stroll down your garden and you will be surprise at what you will find.

GARDENING: GARDEN ACCENT - SUMMER of 2020 PART - 4

Another example of what neighbors love to enjoy continuously, their garden accents. They took time to carefully select what appealed to them; either a pig, a frog a cow or anything that caught their attention at the time.

Then they brought the accents home and now it was time to think carefully where they were going to be placed.

I think they got this! Don’t you think? Smile.

Love these garden accents today. Two of my favorites are the cute lambs and the sweet potato vine crawling over a flower pot with a duck in the front.

It only takes a bit of imagination to add something to our gardens that will stop people as they walk by to admire your taste and to enjoy.
