This season, when you get inspired to make plans to start a small garden, either in the front of your home, in the back yard or perhaps a vegetable herbs garden, it is important to think about what to plant. First, decide if you want a small flower garden. If you do, I will be giving hints in upcoming posts about strong perennials that will come back to your garden, year after year with little or no effort from your part. If you want instant gratification, then purchase some annual flowers to brighten the spot. The same go for a vegetable garden. There are annual and perennials to chose from that will give you a great harvest until frost. I just wanted to get your creative thinking going. For now, walk through your property and locate areas of at least 5 hours of sun and good drainage. We will start the planning together, Soon!
