When you go the buy your fresh Christmas tree, ask the vendor’s for some of his discarded branches. They usually cut them off the trees to make them prettier, they do not want them, so lucky us! Take them home, cut the bottom and put them in a bucket of water. You will only need a flower vase or any container of your choice, even a coffee cup, I used a water pitcher. Fill the container with water and then add the branches in any given order until the arrangement looks full. Your next step is simple. Just poke scattered decorative holiday picks, here and there. See my slide show for ideas and I am sure that you will have ideas of your own. Let’s be creative, smile! Materials Needed and Approximate Cost ($6.00) 6 Christmas picks at your local craft store, Dollar store or Walmart. ($5 to $6) A Flower container of your choice from your home (Free) Pine tree branches (Free) Enjoy your creation and MERRY CHRISTMAS!
