It actually happens every year. We have the empty planters from the year before, most or all the plant material was killed by the brutal winter, then what a dilemma pop’s. Do I go to the garden center to purchase (an expensive one)? Or should I get my creative juices to design a pot with various color plants combinations and sizes?
Well, as you know, the best part is to create what you really want. If you do, just go to any garden center or Home Depot or Walmart or you name it, Costco or whatever, and purchase what you like and put your planters together. Boom!

The is one basket for everyone’s taste. You can see the colors, varieties of plant material and abundance. Yippee!!!!!
I removed the Winter Decorations in my garden window months ago. I was sick of winter. Spring came by and I was too busy to come up with something. Therefore, suddenly I realize that I needed to come up with some fresh décor for my window, since it is what I look when I am doing the dishes, smile! Then, I’ll think about making arrangements with my summer flowers.
As thrifty as I am, (and I learned it from the master, Margie Freeman), I decided to look at my china cabinet and found the color I wanted, white. Then, I looked into my craft room and found this Owl flower vase, added some garden herbs and Boom. What a simple decoration, a tea time decor for my window, in no time and cost me no money. For now, I added my cooking herbs to the vase; however, the summer flowers are about to bloom and they will find a home inside my cute Owl! The neighbors did it again. During my daily walks I continue to be entertained by the fantastic gardening taste of my neighbors. Keep it going, I will never get tired of it!
