 As you can see, this is also an amazing white sand beach. Located just walking distance from St. Armand’s Circle, in Sarasota FL and one of my favorite places to go for walks, shops, restaurants, music and events in the middle of the circle, well, the whole thing. There is plenty of free parking, concessions, picnic tables, playground, and it is so family oriented. Love it!

ks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
