Venice is packed with attractions. A family friendly beach that guarantee a relaxing time for all. There are plenty of ways to get out there and reconnect with nature. Nothing beats the view of the water any time of the day, let alone experiencing the sunsets. Venice beach (Caspersen) is called the Shark Tooth Capital of the World. The reason why is that many fossilized shark teeth wash up on the coastline of Venice. Kids and parents love to find them as well as shells. However, is illegal to remove and keep a living shell from the beach. Also, there is the Jetty and the Fishing Pier. The Pier is 720 feet long, 22 feet wide and 20 feet high and it stands in water up to 18 feet deep. I personally love to walk this Pier.
