One More Rotisserie Chicken, with Pickled Green Bananas and Avocado OK, time to cheat tonight folks! I was out all day and a brilliant idea came to mind. I knew I had pickled green bananas leftover from yesterday and avocados at home. Therefore, I rushed to get a rotisserie chicken. When I got home I just warmed up the bananas, sliced the avocado and in 10 minutes, dinner was ready. Sweet! Quick Recipe :) Approximate Prep and Cooking Time: 10 minutes Approximate Cost: $8.80 or $2.20 per serving Difficulty Level: XX Easy Servings: 4 Ingredients 4 sides of Leftover green pickled bananas (or any other veggie you have in the fridge) ($2.50) 4 rotisserie chicken pieces, skin removed ($3.80) 2 avocados ($2.50) Salt and pepper to taste Directions Cut the two legs and tights, then cut one breast in half. Keep them warm in a skillet in low. Warm up the veggies Slice the avocado Done!!!!!!!!
