MY 4-INGREDIENT OVEN BAKED GARLIC SALMON CUBES that can be used as APPETIZERS or HORS D’ OEUVRES!3/17/2020 When I make salmon in any given way, I always win. To begin with, salmon is super delicious no matter what ingredients you use to season it. So when I came up with the idea of these cubes to serve as appetizers, my guests were delighted! Category: Hors d’ oeuvres Approx. Prep and Cook Time: 20 minutes Approximate Total Cost: $6.20 Difficulty Level: Easy Allergens, Other: Gluten Free Servings: 4 (2/person) Ingredients 2 large salmon filet ($5.00) 2 tbsp. Angie’s basting oil (.50) 1 tbsp. Roasted Garlic and Herbs (.20) 1 lemon (½ to slice in 4 and ½ to squeeze over the salmon) (.50) Directions Pat dry, cut in cubes and season the salmon with 2 tbsp. of my basting oil and 1 tbsp. of Roasted garlic and herbs. In a skillet over med high, sauté the salmon cubes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the stove, sprinkle lemon juice over and set aside to rest. Serve the salmon with the crudité, or French bread toasts, or crackers. Garnish with a slice of lemon. You can serve it warm or cold Done.
