OK, I’ll try pumpkin ice cream and chocolate brownies; that will work! Approximate Prep and Cooking Time: 40 minutes to prep, bake, cool, decorate. Approximate Cost: $6.46 or $1.08 per serving Difficulty Level: X Easy ____ Intermediate ____ Advanced Servings: 6 Ingredients 1 box of Ghirardelli double chocolate brownie mix ($2.00) 1 egg (.16) 1/3 c. peanut oil (.70) ¼ c. water (.0) Oil spray for the baking mold (.20) 12 scoops of Pumpkin Ice Cream (.1.90) Dark Chocolate Syrup to drizzle over (.40) 6 peanut butter cups (.75) 6 small mint springs (.35) Directions Prepare the brownies according to the package instructions, oil spray the baking mold and bake according to the package directions. Remove from oven, allow to cool and slice in half and place in serving plates. Add 2 scoops of ice cream to one half, cover with the other half, drizzle dark chocolate syrup across and garnish with a mint spring and a peanut butter cup on top. Enjoy!
