My healthy burger is intended to please any burger lover and yet so delicious. The idea is avoid going on a “diet” but instead to eat healthier and to control the portions that we eat. Of course, you also need to move your body, at least do some walking. Let’s not deprive ourselves of good “normal” food, just use healthier ingredient. It is really hard for me to think of burgers as a nutritious meal. I mean, I have been in too many fast food outlets to be sure of this fact. The amount of grease that you consume in every patty is really sickening. However, I do think that your turkey burger recipe is one that has merit. From its ingredients, I can easily tell that it is a very nutritious snack indeed, it is something that I would definitely try.
