I like to try new ways of making old recipes. Upside down is a simple cake that I made tons of times. Is a simple cake. However, what you put in the bottom of the mold will determine the final look of the cake, since no frosting is needed. This time I incorporated Kahlua Liquor and also fill the pineapple holes with raspberries. The end result was a delicious and a good looking cake too. Light brown sugar (.60) ¼ c. unsalted Butter (.35) Vegetable oil spray for the baking mold ($.15) 1/4 cup unsalted Butter (at room temperature) (.35) 1 c. white granulated sugar (.40) 3 eggs (.48) ½ c. pineapple juice (.20) 1 tsp. vanilla (.80) 1 tsp.
