What a simple side and easy to make. You only need sweet potatoes, culantro leaf’s rosemary and my basting olive oil. It may take between 45 minutes to one hour but it is so worth it!

Angie’s basting olive oil ($1.20) Directions Follow the directions on the sweet potatoes, smother with my basting olive oil, add the culantro and rosemary on top, wrap in aluminum foil paper and oven baked for about 45 to 1 hour, depending on your over calibration. Serve them with pan roasted salmon or cod, or chicken, any protein you love. Done, Bon Appetite!
