We should take advantage of all kinds of fruits available to us. Fresh fruits are the best to eat for breakfast and in smoothies. However, is also ok to take them to another level with good old chocolate. Today I decided to dip my fruits in white and milk chocolate. It took me 20 minutes and boom, time to savor them slowly.

Approximate Prep and Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Approximate Cost: $6.50 or $1.63 per serving
Difficulty Level:     X    Easy ____ Intermediate ____ Advanced
Servings: 4

Ingredients
12 fresh strawberries, stems on, rinsed and spin dry ($2.50)
12 fresh pineapple slices ($1.50)
1 c. premium white chocolate morsels ($1.25)
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels ($1.25)

Directions
Rinsed and spin dry all the strawberries.
Peel, core and slice a fresh pineapple, (just need to obtain 12 nice ½” slices).
Line a pan with parchment or wax paper.
Melt the brown chocolate according to the bag directions, dip all the fruits, you could use a small tong to dip them, I just hold mine by the stem.
Allow the fruit to set on the parchment paper.
Place the white chocolate into a Ziploc bag, push it to a corner, close the bag and make a tiny small cut to allow the white chocolate to drip over the fruits. Be generous.
Allow all the fruits to set, about 15 minutes, depending on your home temperature.
Refrigerate for few days if you are lucky enough to have some left, smile.
