I always try to get the most colorful veggies to cook, since they are the ones with higher concentration of nutrients and on top of that, they taste great. Cabbage is kind of boring; however, when I get the red type and combine it with non-traditional slaw ingredients, suddenly the veggie becomes alive and interesting. Smile.
