Not only is your budget affected but most importantly your health and your family’s health. So make another New Year resolution, that you will be making a simple healthy homemade meal at least once a week. You can do it. I’ll love you for that.

McDonald's is the place to be considering the amount of stress they are putting on the McDonald's nutrition. A large number of us are sick of the health and fitness experts as well as the public that tend to give us information on how to lose weight without much

I think I just found what I have been looking for! It has been a while since I started searching for things to cook. Fortunately, I found your blog. Your title also caught my attention, for it says "life hacks". I immediately thought this one's easy, and I am not mistaken because it is indeed easy. Thank you for including the the steps on how to make this burger! This also matched my interest of eating chicken. I would like to see more of your "life hacks" in the future.

I am honored by your comments. I cook every day and always try to eat healthier without going on any diets. Diets don’t work, instead moderation and better ingredients work best.
