An easy and satisfying breakfast to render about 4 large portions or 6 medium size. You can even make this the night before and bake it for breakfast next day in no time.

Prep and Cook Time: under 45 Minutes Approximate Cost: $11.40 04 $1.90 per serving Difficulty Level: Easy Allergens, Other: Gluten Free Servings: 4 to 6 servings Ingredients Olive oil spray for the baking pan (0) 1 box of Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Pork Sausages (12 sausages slice in half) ($4.80) 4 ½ c. of frozen Tater Tots (or to-taste) ($2.90) 5 large eggs, lightly beaten ($1.00) 1 ½ c. milk (.40) 1 tsp. Angie’s dry seasoning (.20) 1 tsp. Granulated garlic (.10) Salt to-taste (0) 2 ½ c. Mexican Cheeses blend or Cheddar Cheese ($2.00) Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil spray your favorite baking dish (9x13 is a good option) then add your Tater Tots. Slice the fully cooked half sliced sausages and add to the Tate Tots. Mix well. In a large bowl whisk the eggs and add the milk, salt, ½ the cheeses, granulated garlic, my dry seasoning and any salt/pepper to-taste. Pour the mix over the sausage and tater tots and sprinkle the ½ cheese left on top. Cover with aluminum foil tight. (You can refrigerate this now if you want to bake it the next day) Start preheating your oven at 350 degrees and bake the casserole covered for at least 30 minutes, depending on your oven calibration. Remove the foil and bake briefly until the cheese on top begin to turn golden brown. Now you can slice this baby in the squares that you need to feed your family. Boom!
